How do I determine the correct size for my Abaya?
Our Abayas are primarily sized by length in inches. We recommend measuring from the highest point of your shoulder down to your ankles to find your ideal fit. Please refer to our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific measurements.
What is your international shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by location, typically taking 3-5 working days for domestic orders and 7-14 working days for international destinations. Tracking information is provided via email once your order is dispatched.
How should I care for my AbayaButh garments?
To maintain the quality of the delicate fabrics and intricate beadwork, we recommend hand washing in cold water or using a professional dry cleaning service. Always air dry your garments and iron on a low heat setting on the reverse side.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, hijabs and accessories cannot be returned unless faulty.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and offer flexible 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Clearpay for eligible regions.
Are your fabrics opaque and high-quality?
Yes, we source premium fabrics such as Nida, Crepe, and Chiffon. While most of our Abayas are fully opaque, lighter colored garments may require a slip dress, which we specify in the individual product descriptions.
